Handmade Quilts — Final Sale

All handmade quilts are final sale.
Because each quilt is made by hand, subtle variations and small imperfections are part of their unique character and charm. For this reason, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for any finished quilt purchase.

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device; this does not qualify as a defect.

Digital Pattern Purchases

All digital products (PDF quilt patterns) are non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact me and I will make sure you receive your download.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. I will make it right as quickly as possible.
