Digital Quilt Patterns (PDFs)
Digital patterns are delivered instantly via email after checkout.
No physical item will be shipped.
If you have any trouble downloading your files, please contact me and I’ll make sure you receive them.
Handmade Quilts
Handmade quilts are packaged with care and shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on size and destination).
Processing Time
Quilts ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. Please note that shipping during the holiday months (November-December) may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
Finished quilts currently ship free.
Tracking
All quilt shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
No international shipping is available at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but missing, please reach out so I can help you open a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, I cannot refund or replace quilts that are lost or damaged due to postal service errors, but I’ll do my best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
I can’t replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
